---CCMH 2025 Poster Contest---

Theme: Time Changes Perspective, Generations Helping Increase Knowledge and Awareness for Each Other. About Mental Health... What I Know and What I Wish I Knew

  • Grades K-5:  About Mental Health… What I Know
    • What I Know: As we learn about feelings, emotions, zones of regulation and our coping tools, what is something you’ve learnt that really helps you? Is it learning about all the emotions you have, and that it’s okay to have them? Is it learning how to recognize what zone you’re in so you can do something to help regulate your body? Is it coping tools that really help you when you’re having different emotions? Draw a picture that depicts something you know about mental health, which can help others learn more too!
  • Grades 6-12:   About Mental Health… What I Wish Knew
    • As we grow up, we learn things along the way. Sometimes that road isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to mental health. What is something you wish you knew about mental health earlier in life? How would that have changed things for you or someone you know, or how does this now still affect you or someone you know? Create an art piece to reflect this, it can be all encompassing or focusing on one aspect, but most importantly to help others learn more about the reality of mental health challenges.
